Our story

Our story began, as it often does, with a cousin's wedding. She wanted to get married in the summer and thought it a shame to throw away the table arrangements two days after the wedding. So I went down to my basement and started my first wedding made of silk flowers.

The family was thrilled and delighted with the beautiful keepsakes in the form of floral arrangements. This led to more and more orders from friends and family, and even their own wedding was decorated with silk flowers.

The internet came into our lives, and with it the opportunity to show others our work. We were ridiculed when our shop started in 2000 with 10 items...

That was over 25 years ago. Our shop is/was the "Kleine Post" in Barsinghausen. Since 2018, we've been in the larger shop, where we can give free rein to our ideas in seasonal floral arrangements. We create arrangements, bouquets, and decorations to suit every season and love making creative money gifts.

By the end of 2025, our lives had changed again. We closed the small post office,

After a minor renovation, the "Kleine Post" will become "Catti's Laden" in 2026.
We want to return to creativity, back to active, enjoyable customer interactions with more peace and serenity.

I'm already looking forward to 2026 with all its wedding trends.
