Terms and Conditions

1. Scope The following terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses. A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession.

2. Contract Partner & Formation The purchase contract is concluded with Hochzeitsdekorationen.de, Cathrin Lukaschek-Elgner. By clicking the order button, you accept our offer. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order.

Production time is 7–14 business days, or by arrangement for specific delivery dates (e.g. for weddings or seasonal orders).

Please note that we have no influence over carrier delivery times. For time-sensitive orders (e.g. weddings), we strongly recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks in advance.

3. Contract Language The contract language is German. We store the contract text and send you the order data and these terms by email.

4. Delivery Shipping costs are added to the product prices shown. Local pickup is available at: Cattis-Laden, Egestorfer Str. 98, 30890 Barsinghausen, Germany. Opening hours: Mon–Fri 9–13h, Mon/Wed/Fri 15–18h, Sat 9–12h.

5. Payment The following payment methods are available: Prepayment (bank transfer), PayPal, PayPal Express, Cash on pickup, Klarna, Shopify Payments.

6. Retention of Title Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7. Shipping Damage If goods arrive with visible transport damage, please report this to the delivery person immediately and contact us without delay.

8. Warranty Statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Dispute Resolution The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are willing to participate in out-of-court dispute resolution proceedings.

10. Final Provisions German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
