Return Policy

EU customers: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

International customers (USA / outside EU): Returns are possible, however the customer bears the full return shipping costs. For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos at info@hochzeitsdekorationen.de

Personalized or custom-made items are excluded from returns.

Order cancellations are possible within 24 hours of purchase.
